A story about Audrianna
Audrianna wanted to come to the PSU FM today because SHE wanted a bottle of Blossom Vinegar. That is the only reason she wanted her dad to take her to the farmers market. With her dad in tow, she came directly to BV’s booth. Thoughtfully, she tasted a bunch of the vinegars; and then selected the vinegar for her, dad paid and with vinegar in hand, off they went – back home!

Her dad told me the story of how this happened because Audrianna is just 4-years old!

"I work as a private chef two nights a week for two professional couples in the Health Care field. Salad is a part of dinner, and with that comes salad dressing. I use Blossom Vinegars to add a certain twist to my vinagrettes; the flavors are clean, and the real thing. I also substitute these vinegars when a recipe called for Balsamic Vinegar with AMAZING results. I have found that sometimes 'a splash' is all I need for a dish that needs its flavor brightened up."

"Our favorite Blossom Vinegar to date is Loganberry, although recently Pluot has challenged both thought and palette. Thank goodness our local grocer (Market of Choice) has the entire selection! We enjoy using Blossom Vinegars mostly in small simple salads such as a mix of cucumber, onion, tomato and cilantro or simply a dash applied to sliced grape tomatoes.. yum. The flavor is bright, crisp yet does not overpower the vegetable or fruit applied to. A small amount sprinkled gingerly over chilled steamed cauliflower and broccoli make for a wonderful summer lunch side dish.

The complete absence of sugar or additives and the beautiful color encourage us to find new ways to incorporate it into our diet. Blossom Vinegars is one of the few “you must try this” products in our pantry."

"Two years ago, my oldest niece was married and requested a buffet that reflected Oregon. I was given the task of creating a "Northwest Salad." I knew Blossom Vinegars was my top choice to add that special ingredient to make the salad absolutely DELICIOUS. On the day of the wedding I mixed my vinaigrette using BV's 'Raspberry.' The salad was a HUGE hit, in fact we consumed 5 extra large bowls of salad, there was not a drop left! That was two years ago, guests who attended the wedding still ask me for the vinaigrette recipe.
