- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
- fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
- 2 oz. white rum
- 1 oz. club soda
- 1½–2 tablespoons Wildflower Honey Cherry Mixer
In a highball glass, mix lime juice and sugar until sugar dissolves; add a few mint leaves and muddle. Add rum, club soda, mixer, and ice. Stir or shake; garnish with mint leaves.
