Blossom’s Mojito


  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. club soda
  • 1½–2 tablespoons Wildflower Honey Cherry Mixer

In a highball glass, mix lime juice and sugar until sugar dissolves; add a few mint leaves and muddle. Add rum, club soda, mixer, and ice. Stir or shake; garnish with mint leaves.
