Blueberry Basil Vinaigrette with Blue Cheese


  • 2 tablespoons Blossom Blueberry Basil Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon minced shallots
  • Fresh lettuce or mesclun
  • ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 bulb fennel, sliced
  • ¼ cup blue cheese



Whisk together first five ingredients. Combine lettuce, fennel, blueberries and cheese. Toss with dressing. Serves 6.
