Bourbon & Ginger
- 3 dashes Blossom Dark Cherry Mixer
- 2 oz. bourbon (we recommend Buffalo Trace or C.W. Irwin from Oregon Spirit Distillers)
- Ginger beer (we recommend Reed’s, Thomas Kemper, or spicy Cock’n Bull)
Put 1–2 large ice cubes in an Old Fashioned glass. Add bourbon. Top with a splash of ginger beer to taste. Add three dashes of drinking vinegar concentrate and serve with a stirring rod.
