Cucumber Salad


  • 1–2 English cucumbers, sliced thin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch of sugar (optional)
  • Blossom Lemon Dill Vinegar



Dress cucumbers with vinegar and chill thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Before serving, add sugar. Serve immediately, separately or over greens. Serves 2–4.
