Easy Raspberry Vinaigrette
- 4 tablespoons Blossom Raspberry Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fruit jam
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Poppy seeds (optional)
- Mix vinegar and jam together thoroughly.
- Add olive oil slowly, mixing as you go. Add poppy seeds.
- For a fruit salad, cut fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces and toss with vinaigrette.
- For a green salad, toss vinaigrette with mixed lettuces, cucumbers, and tomatoes; to make raspberry flavor really pop, add a few fresh raspberries.
