Easy Raspberry Vinaigrette


  • 4 tablespoons Blossom Raspberry Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fruit jam
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Poppy seeds (optional)



  • Mix vinegar and jam together thoroughly.
  • Add olive oil slowly, mixing as you go. Add poppy seeds.
  • For a fruit salad, cut fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces and toss with vinaigrette.
  • For a green salad, toss vinaigrette with mixed lettuces, cucumbers, and tomatoes; to make raspberry flavor really pop, add a few fresh raspberries.
