Easy Raspberry Vinaigrette

4 tablespoons Blossom Vinegars Raspberry Vinegar
1 tablespoon fruit jam
1 tablespoon olive oil
Poppy seeds (optional)

Mix vinegar and jam together thoroughly. Add olive oil slowly, mixing as you go. Add poppy seeds.

For a fruit salad, cut fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces and toss with vinaigrette. For a green salad, toss vinaigrette with mixed lettuces, cucumbers, and tomatoes; to make raspberry flavor really pop, add a few fresh raspberries.
