Heirloom Tomato and Basil Salad


  • 4 large heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 pounds mozzarella, sheep, or goat cheese
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Blossom Blueberry Basil Vinegar



Slice tomatoes and cheese the same thickness. (If using a soft cheese, crumble over tomatoes.) Arrange tomatoes, cheese, and basil alternating in a circle around a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4–6.
