Ice Cream Sauce


  • Strawberries, washed and sliced
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Brown sugar
  • Blossom Wildflower Honey Vinegar



In a small saucepan over very low heat, slowly reduce vinegar by from ¼ to ½ its original volume. Add brown sugar; stir until completely dissolved. Scoop ice cream into bowls and drizzle with sauce.
