Lavender-Honey Vinaigrette Provençal
- 1 part Blossom Wildflower Honey Vinegar
- 2 parts extra-virgin olive oil
- Pinch of dried organic lavender
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Crush lavender and add to olive oil. Let sit for 10-15 minutes, then whisk together with vinegar; season to taste and serve over fresh greens.
Also excellent drizzled over chicken, fish, or steamed vegetables.
