Lavender-Honey Vinaigrette Provençal

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Blossom Wildflower Honey Vinegar
  • 2 parts extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of dried organic lavender
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Crush lavender and add to olive oil. Let sit for 10-15 minutes, then whisk together with vinegar; season to taste and serve over fresh greens.

Also excellent drizzled over chicken, fish, or steamed vegetables.
