- 1 pound fresh salmon
- ½ stick salted butter
- 2 tablespoons Blossom Lemon Dill Vinegar
- Pinch of brown sugar
Create an aluminum foil boat to hold both the salmon and the glaze. Place fish inside.
Slowly melt all the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Once melted, drizzle over fish. Bake as 450ºF for 15–20 minutes or until internal temperature of the fish reaches 145º. Do not overcook. Serves 2–3.
