Streetcar Named Desire

Ingredients:

• 1 slice meyer lemon
• 15 fresh mint leaves, torn into pieces
• ½ oz. Bonal Gentiane Quina
• 2 oz. bourbon
• 1 teaspoon Blossom Dark Cherry Mixer
• Slice of meyer lemon; reserve peel for twist
• Fresh mint for garnish

Directions:

Put several pieces of mint leaves and a lemon slice into a cocktail shaker. Add Bonal Gentiane Quina and muddle fruit and herbs into it.

Add bourbon, mixer, and ice. Shake to chill. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon twist and float the tip of a mint sprig on top.
