Vegan Four-Bean Salad with Raspberry Dressing


  • 1 8-oz. can each: red beans, garbanzo beans, black beans, all well-rinsed
  • 1 cup green beans, lightly steamed
  • 1 organic red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Blossom Raspberry Vinegar
  • 2  tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2  organic chopped carrots


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill overnight. Serves 4–6.
