Vegan Potato Soup


  • 4 large Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 4 small carrots, diced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 1  small onion
  • 2 tablespoons Blossom Lemon Dill Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh black pepper or lemon pepper



Place all ingredients in a Crock-Pot; cook until potatoes are tender.
