Zesty Lime Cucumbers


  • 3–4 Armenian cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ cup Blossom Lemon Dill vinegar
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Lemon pepper to taste



Mix vinegar, lemon pepper, salt, and lime zest. Pour over cucumbers. Place in a covered container, shake well, and refrigerate for a minimum of 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally. Can be served over salad greens or by itself.
